Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with SkinCraft Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping processing time.

We only keep minimal stock in the salon so most orders will be ordered in to us once they are placed on the website from our supplier so please allow 7-14 working days for delivery, this may be increased if there has been shipping delays due to our supplier. If you have placed your order after 12pm, this will not count as a shipping day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. As the business is operated by one person the are circumstances when there may be delays in delivery (sickness / holiday / etc) but these are rare occasions and the owner will endeavour to ensure the orders are processed asap.

If you require priority delivery please email us at info@skincraftshop.com to check we have the stock available in the salon as if we do we can offer a next day service but would be an additional charge. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
